This policy applies to products supplied by Merci Ltd trading as Purnext to customers in New Zealand.
Telling us about a problem
If something is wrong with your order, please tell us within 3 working days of receiving it. Email Info@de.purnext.com or call 0800 002 003 with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs help, and for a machine fault a short video is usually quicker than a written description.
Please keep the original packaging where you can. It is often needed to return goods safely, particularly for equipment.
Paper and cleaning products
Returns on paper and cleaning consumables are considered where there is a product quality issue — for example damaged stock, a manufacturing defect, or goods that do not match the specification ordered.
Machines and equipment
Returns and warranty claims on machines and equipment are considered in the event of a mechanical fault, technical issue or product defect.
All Purnext machines carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Where a fault can be resolved by a replacement part or an adjustment, we will usually do that rather than replace the machine — we will tell you which applies before any work is carried out, and whether it is covered.
Who pays for return shipping
If the return is due to a fault or a problem with our product, Merci Ltd covers the cost of return shipping. Do not send anything back before contacting us — we will arrange collection or tell you how to send it, which matters for heavier equipment.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is made to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply. Goods supplied to a business for business purposes may be subject to different terms.
